Decision-making
By default, decisions are made by majority rule.
Decisions taken in a meeting: members who aren't present but have attended one of the previous two meetings have the opportunity to vote on any decision passed at the meeting. If the vote tips the balance the decision will be postponed until the following meeting when deliberation will occur.
Proposals: All members may make proposals on anything pertaining to the co-op, and call for deliberation and a vote.
Proposals may contradict the rules herein, in which case the rule contradicted must be noted, and if the proposal is passed, the rule must be changed to reflect current values.
